It has begun. We scouted for the longspurs and met some people who saw them so we will return and actually walk the field. Looked for the RUFF around Anahuac with no luck. I got a hat very like my fishing camp hat so I am stoked! Tonight we will eat at the Cajun restaurant across the street.
Tomorrow we will return to get the longspur, hopefully, and then decide where to head next. John left his notebook in Austin so we may return there on our way to somewhere. This is his show and it starts tomorrow, January 1st, 2012.
